Key Responsibilities: * Plan and Design Production: Oversee and design manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism. * Continuous Improvement: Lead the introduction of new manufacturing capabilities and support process improvements. * CNC Programming: Program and support CNC Milling and Turning machines, including 4 & 5 Axis machining centres. * Problem Solving: Support the team in resolving production issues with permanent solutions. * New Product Introduction (NPI): Ensure components are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Required Skills & Experience: * HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO9001, AS9100, and quality standards. * Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming. * Aerospace and Automotive industry experience is a plus. * Leadership and coaching skills to drive team success
