MSX International is looking for 2 high-performing Product Owners, to support our Product & Engineering team in the planning and development of software products that meet our customers’ needs and expectations. The Role Our Product Owners are responsible for creating and maintaining the development roadmap for one or more products. The Product Owner will: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create the development roadmap. * Ensure all roadmap items are prioritized, across all value streams. * Management of any conflicting needs across the business and stakeholders. * Evaluate the impact of requested product changes and features. * Write detailed product feature specifications. * Own and prioritize the product development backlog. * Collaborate with the software engineering team to plan and execute sprints/product releases. * Identify and remove roadblocks to achieving release goals. * Provide regular communication on product vision and progress. * Gather feedback from customers on the product’s performance, usability, and satisfaction. * Identify areas for product improvement, enhancement, and innovation. * Represent the product internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. * Remain up to date on trends and best practices in Product Development. About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong strategic, coordination and analytical skills. Our ideal Product Owner has excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as: * At least 5 years of experience in product management and development. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience. * Proven experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in product development. * Detailed knowledge and experience of the Agile methodology (SCRUM an advantage). * Understanding of business value related to product features and functions. * Experience of using data and metrics to drive decision making. * Customer focus and empathy, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences. * Knowledge of the product domain, industry trends, and best practices.
