You'll drive all manufacturing aspects from program award (Phase 1) to Start of Production (SOP) + 6 months, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. This role is perfect for an innovative leader ready to take on big challenges and make an impact. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee all manufacturing activities related to product launch. ✅ Lead plant coordination efforts to ensure smooth program implementation. ✅ Develop, validate, and implement a world-class production system. ✅ Manage equipment, tools, layout, process flow, and material logistics. ✅ Coordinate installation, reception, and commissioning of new production equipment. ✅ Drive QCDP targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance) for new launches. ✅ Identify resource needs and coordinate team activities effectively. ✅ Analyse and optimise prototype builds to ensure flawless execution. ✅ Supervise production ramp-up and process approvals for new parts. ✅ Implement changes in production systems per Engineering Change Management. ✅ Provide clear and regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. ✅ Act as the key liaison between the Plant and Project teams. ✅ Uphold ethical leadership and management principles at all times. 🎯 What You Bring to the Table: ✔ Essential: A degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field. ✔ Desirable: 3+ years of hands-on experience in product launch & manufacturing in the Automotive Sector Why Join Us?
