We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage purchasing and restocking of existing stock lines Maintain strong relationships and communication with existing suppliers. Procure one-off spare parts as requested by other departments. Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to establish accurate delivery times. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Request quotations from suppliers for one-off orders. Place restocking orders and monitor their status to ensure timely fulfillment. Regularly track and monitor stock levels to ensure availability. Utilize analytics to track price fluctuations and develop cost-saving strategies. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
