We are looking for a Process Leader to take full accountability for operational performance while ensuring we meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in people leadership within a manufacturing environment (aviation, heavy industry, or regulated sector preferred). * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and a willingness to develop expertise in Lean tools. * Experience in performance management, coaching, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
