We're looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join the dynamic team, based in Bristol. As the Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring actuarial oversight and technical pricing excellence for our client's entire membership base of over 2.1 million members and the pricing of £300 million worth of policies. This high-profile role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the business. What You'll Do: Influence and constructively challenge at senior and executive organisational levels, providing oversight to delivery and growth plans. Drive and develop the successful delivery of consumer pricing strategy, driving profitability upwards. Undertake detailed statistical analysis using actuarial modelling techniques. Support business decisions by providing accurate and predictive analysis. Develop forecasting models and explain variances. Manage and develop a small team of pricing analysts. What You'll Need: Extensive Pricing experience and expertise in relevant fields such as finance, insurance, or banking. Excellent technical knowledge of pricing and analytical techniques - The software used is Radar and Emblem, although an alternate is also acceptable, if this can be transferable Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with statistical modelling software is advantageous. Strong delivery and leadership experience with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships based on credibility and trust.
