Contract Vehicle Prepper – Outside IR35 – Coalville Pay: £18 - £20 per hour (LTD) Location: Coalville Contract Role – Immediate Start Available We’re recruiting for a busy, well-established fleet company based in Coalville, and they’re looking for an experienced Prepper to join their team on a contract basis. This role is outside IR35 and pays £18 - £20 per hour LTD, depending on experience. 🔧 The Role: * Prepping panels and vehicles ready for paint * Sanding, masking, and filler work * Working on a variety of commercial and fleet vehicles * Supporting the paint team to maintain a smooth workflow ✅ Requirements: * Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or within a bodyshop environment * Competent with all aspects of prepping and filler work * Own tools and ability to work efficiently and independently * Immediate availability preferred 📍 What You Get: * Long-term contract with consistent work * Outside IR35 pay – LTD or Umbrella * Great working environment in a modern bodyshop Interested or know someone who might be a good fit?
