The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process. Key Responsibilities * Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming. * Ensuring all surfaces are smooth and ready for spraying. * Mixing and applying fillers as required. * Working efficiently to meet repair deadlines without compromising quality. * Adhering to all health & safety regulations and workshop procedures. Requirements * Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper within a bodyshop/accident repair environment. * Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good understanding of prepping materials and techniques. * A full UK driving licence is desirable.
