New Preparation Technician Vacancy Leeds £15 ph + bonus + company benefits Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00 (40 hours per week) YOLO Recruitment is looking to recruit a Prep Vehicle Technician / Prep Technician / Preparation Vehicle Technician / Prep Preparation for our clients main dealership. We will need someone with previous mechanical / Prep Vehicle Technician / Prep Technician / Preparation Vehicle Technician / Prep Preparation in a main or franchised dealership. You will need to be Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds and a full UK DL. MOT License desirable although not essential. Duties of the successful Prep Vehicle Technician / Prep Technician / Preparation Vehicle Technician / Prep Preparation : * Undertake vehicle road testing for diagnosis and to test repairs. * Obtain appropriate authorisation if additional work is required on a vehicle. * Build and maintain a high level of technical competence for diagnosing and servicing vehicles and utilise regular training and support information * Be open to try new methods of work designed to improve efficiency. * Servicing, repairs, PDI's on new and used vehicles. * You believe in the 'fixed first visit' approach * Diagnose standard faults and have excellent working methods & standards * Carry out repairs to safety / MOT / manufacturer / warranty standards * Reports faults and service requirements to the Workshop Controller * Use your technical knowledge and skills To apply for this Prep Vehicle Technician / Prep Technician / Preparation Vehicle Technician / Prep Preparation role, please contact Katy at YOLO Recruitment.
