Our Client, a busy up and coming Automotive Fleet Management Site is seeking a skilled Polisher to join their existing team of Bodyshop Professionals. What they require from the successful Polisher: * A previous working experience within a Polisher/ Prepping role. * An efficient and hard-working Polisher with good attention to detail * Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK * Panel block and polishing experience * Paint rectification experience * Smart repair techniques Duties of a Polisher: * Apply primer as necessary to achieve a smooth finish. * Use polishing compounds and equipment to buff and polish vehicle surfaces to a high shine. * Ensure all areas are evenly polished and free of swirl marks and other imperfections. * Maintain and clean all polishing and sanding equipment regularly. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks. * To repair and enhance paint by blocking and polishing panels, de nibbing paint defects and completing final machine polish.
