Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Mechanic to join our client based in Alva, Clackmannanshire on a permanent basis! Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm. Friday, 8am to 3:30pm Salary: £17 to £21 per hour (depending on experience) Working as a Plant Mechanic: Carrying out maintenance and repairs of company vehicles, as well as plant pieces and machinery Following work schedules, ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled Fault-finding and identifying electrical/mechanical issues Preparing vehicles in the fleet for MOT/inspectionsThe successful Plant Mechanic will be: Experienced in working within a workshop environment In possession of a valid driving licence A team-player, with the ability to work independently Experienced working with HGVs (preferable, but not essential)Get Connected and apply now by submitting your CV - or contact Derek on (phone number removed)
