As the Plant Fitter, you’ll get the opportunity to: Carry out routine maintenance and service repair activities to our fleet of Plant vehicles & equipment Faults diagnose and rectify all types of mechanical and electrical faults Complete work via a PDA device to ensure daily electronic work records are up to date Undertake minor and major repair works as directed Communicate with the workshop team Ensure that all M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions `Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality`(SHEQ) policies and procedures are adhered to. Adopting a safe method of working, logging and completing jobs on your electronic devicesWhat you’ll bring? Excellent communication skills Keen to learn with an interest in development and progression Passionate about the Pant industry Hardworking Excellent attendance and timekeeping Reliable Ability to use own initiative Must have a ‘can do’ attitude; to be polite and courteous Ideally have a basic level of numeracy and literacy and will undertake Functional Skills Level 1 as part of the apprenticeship programme.
