Your Impact as a Plant Fitter: As a key Fitter in our team, your responsibilities will include: Performing comprehensive Maintenance and Repair on heavy plant equipment and machinery. Conducting accurate Diagnostics on Plant machinery to identify and resolve faults efficiently. Executing Component Replacement with precision and expertise. Carrying out Routine Servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Maintaining meticulous Record Keeping for all work performed. What we're looking for: NVQ/City & Guilds in an engineering discipline (preferred but not essential) Proven experience working with renowned brands like Wirtgen, JCB, Bomag, and Ammann. Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance Expertise working on a variety of equipment and machinery, including: Surfacing equipment Pavers Planers Rollers Street masters Small handheld plant A dedicated Mechanic with a strong work ethic.
