Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Respond promptly to equipment failures or malfunctions, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with maintenance technicians to address technical challenges and minimize disruptions to production. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all plant activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. Implement and promote a strong safety culture within the plant. Capital Projects: Participate in the planning and execution of capital projects related to plant infrastructure and equipment upgrades. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation within established timelines and budgets. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and modifications. Generate reports on plant performance, equipment reliability, and maintenance activities.Qualifications for the for the Plant Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of plant operations, machinery, and maintenance practices.
