Our client is seeking a dynamic Planning Manager to oversee and coordinate project planning and execution. As the Planning Manager, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient execution of projects, allocating resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project success. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules. Resource Allocation: Allocate necessary resources to meet project requirements. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues. Team Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress and measure performance against milestones. Data Analysis: Analyse project data and performance metrics to make informed decisions. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Address issues and challenges that arise during project execution. Adaptability: Flexibly adjust plans in response to changing circumstances. Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to facilitate their growth. Essential Requirements: Operations experience with MRP, MPS, and Material Control is essential Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in planning, organising, and overseeing projects. Experience in using SAP to plan production requirements.
