Role Overview An experienced and dedicated Parts Supervisor is sought to join the team at a new passenger car site in Heathrow. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will supervise a small team to control and maximize parts stock and sales, handling incoming calls, and selling parts with a commercial mindset. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize parts stock and sales. * Handle incoming parts sales enquiries. * Assist customers with parts enquiries and identify upselling opportunities. * Track and book all incoming or outgoing parts from the hub. * Locate available parts and think outside the box to keep customer vehicles on the road. * Handle parts payment collection and ensure all parts are billed appropriately. * Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer. * Refer to parts manuals to identify the right part for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced. Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in a leadership role or in a parts position within the automotive industry. * Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. * Retail and phone experience is desirable. * Computer literate and confident using technology. * Ability to use all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
