Job Purpose: As a Parts Specialist you are responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing revenue per customer, and developing new sales territories to maximise the parts market potential. To do this, you analyse the market in terms of competition and customers in order to identify competitive advantage. You develop appropriate marketing strategies in order to use them in a sustainable and economically sensible way for the company. Key Responsibilities Achieve personal target KPIs and revenue objectives within the designated customer sets. Identify and recommend parts to meet customer sales requirements accurately. Utilise product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets. Identify and capitalise on upsell opportunities to contribute to overall sales growth. Stay updated on new or updated parts through training courses and regular information updates. Experience Experience in selling multi franchise Parts as well as customer support Experience in market development as well as in the application of targeted sales support.
