Parts Sales Executive - Coventry - Basic Salary - upto £28,500 - OTE - upto £31,500 - Great Benefits Package -   Our client, a busy Trade Parts Centre in Coventry has the requirement for an experienced Parts Sales Executive / Parts Advisor to join their high performing team.   Parts Sales Executive / Parts Advisor Responsibilities:   As a Parts Sales Executive / Parts Advisor your responsibilities will include:   Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries. Accurately identify parts to meet the customer requirements. Provide a high level of service to customers - through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing expert advice. Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers. Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within customer base. Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity. Build strong working relationships with customers through regular contact with them on the phone and via face-to-face visits. Provide timely communication to customer on their credit status. Work with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales. Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems to search and order parts. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly. Deal with all cash and credit card transactions.   Experience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements:   Minimum of 2 years current experience in a Vehicle Parts Sales, Motor Factor or Dealership Parts Advisor environment. Excellent telephone manner. Desirable Requirements:   Manufacturer / Franchised Dealer Parts Experience Full UK Driving Licence   Remuneration & Benefits   Basic Salary of £26,500 - £28,500 DOE On Target Earnings £29,500 - £31,500 Extensive benefits package
