Main duties of the Parts Manager: Achieve annual department objectives and maintain stock at agreed levels. Manage and motivate staff to achieve set department targets and increase profit and sales. Report on business performance in accordance with company requirements. Be committed to achieving excellent customer relations and ensuring that customer's expectations are met if not exceeded. Maintain health and safety guidelines and ensure staff are fully trained in all areas. A good technical understanding of Motor Vehicles.
