The Role: Our client a well-established automotive dealership dedicated to providing top-notch service and quality vehicles are seeking an experienced Parts Manager with Kerridge system experience to join their team based in Guildford. Kerridge system experience required. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Manager: Oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient stock control and inventory management. Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts. Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet their parts needs. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to achieve departmental goals. Utilise the Kerridge system for inventory management, order processing, and reporting. Package: Basic Salary: £40,000 + £6,000 OTE + Company Car!!
