Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor/Buyer To provide full procurement of fleet and plant parts, from agreed suppliers for all Divisions. To assist purchasing team for procurement of Quarry materials. Follow up on any supplier related issues in relation to quality and service. Liaise with all internal customers to fulfil their requirements. Obtain sufficient quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing for all goods and services. Obtain approval for purchase of parts more than set authorised levels. Source alternative parts as directed and evaluate costs as and when required. Procesing parts orders accurately and efficiently using the dealership's inventory management system. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of parts and accessories in stock. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to fulfill service department parts requests. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized parts department environment. Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive parts is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Valid driver's license.INDFS
