Identify and create additional sales opportunities for both repeat and new business. Ensure maximum customer retention through effective representation. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, accessories, prices, and competitors. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Generate detailed reports on sales activities to ensure accurate forecasts. Regularly engage with existing customers to present new offers and secure future business.
