Job Title: Parts Advisor. Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-owned dealership who are looking to add an additional Parts Advisor to their team due to growth within the business. You will be joining a busy and fast-paced environment with a considerable trade business. We are looking for candidates who share a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service for all our customers and are willing to learn new skills both as an individual and as part of a team. The successful candidate must have experience working within an aftersales/automotive industry and be someone who can thrive in this environment and complement the strengths of the existing team. Salary for Parts Advisor: up to £25,000 basic salary - Plus a monthly customer satisfaction bonus. Hours: 45 hours per week. Saturday on rota which is paid at overtime Responsibilities of Parts Advisor: * Assisting workshop, trade, and retail customers with parts-related enquiries through all communication channels * Maximising all sales opportunities * Keeping stock maintained * Ordering parts * Using DMS/Parts catalogues * Checking parts in * Dealing with customer over the phone * Managing warranty and new parts returns What we are looking for: * Enthusiasm with good people skills * Strong attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills * Have good organisational and administrative skills. * The ability to work on your own initiative. * Flexibility and be able to manage a variety of jobs at any one time.
