NEW PARTS ADVISOR JOB Hendon, North West London Salary: 30K BASIC + 33.5K OTE + BENEFITS My client, a busy telesales parts department are currently looking to hire a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. You will need to have previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment. Duties of the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor : * Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner * Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises * Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers * Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied * Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions * Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information * Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets * Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports * Parts look up and pre pick customer orders Hours for the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor are Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00.
