The company will offer you a competitive salary of £26,000 and an uncapped bonus based on achievement of branch budget. Hours are Mon - Fri 8am to 5.30 pm with alternate Saturdays 8.00am until 12.30pm. Holidays start at 20 days, however, they increase with service. The company do not open on bank holidays! The role is to assist the branch manager in achieving sales and promotional targets within agreed guidelines whilst ensuring excellent customer service. This is not your average Parts Advisor role: * You will assist the Branch manager to motivate customer delivery staff, and to implement excellent customer service * Being a key part of improving sales, margin, costs and business performance. * Work with the Branch Manager with the creation and implementation of promotional strategies and activities. You will be confident speaking about car parts. You will enjoy researching, pricing, and selling car parts.
