Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience plus commission. Bi-weekly Rota (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday) Role Requirements: * Provide parts and accessories to the technicians in the workshop and over the counter to customers. * Upselling all aftersales services to all customers along with accessories, parts and stock to all customers alongside the sales team * Assisting customers in the showroom and clothing area alongside the sales team * Taking service bookings over the phone and face to face in store. * Cleaning motorcycles * Managing parts stock * Responsible for eBay listings and sales * Liaising with the workshop to understand work in progress and updating all customers * Where necessary requesting authorization for additional work and resolving all queries to customers complete satisfaction. * Compiling customer invoices Skills Required * The ideal candidate should have a background in Sales/Aftersales from either the motorcycle or automotive industries. However, exceptional candidates without a motorcycle or automotive background will be considered. * Parts and clothing retail sales experience from within the motorcycle industry could also be advantageous. * The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. * They will also be an effective communicator and must have a passion for motorcycles. * A good understanding of motorcycle mechanics would be beneficial but isn't essential. Education and Professional Qualifications * GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Potential applicants are sometimes put off if they don't meet 100% of requirements.
