A busy Volkswagen dealership in Yeovil is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join its Aftersales team. This role would suit someone with previous Parts Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience who is confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for supplying parts to both the workshop and retail customers, processing orders accurately, managing stock, and promoting Volkswagen Genuine Parts and Accessories. Previous automotive Parts or Aftersales experience is essential for this role.
