Parts Advisor – Faversham Working within Renault Trucks you will be part of a team developing and sustaining superior performance in parts with face to face customer liaison Mon-Fri 44 hours. Mon-Fri 0800 – 18.00 (1 hr lunch) with alternate Saturday mornings (8-12) paid at time and a half Paying up to £35,000 DOE and a full UK driving licence is required Core Responsibilities: Front of House counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification. Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt. Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system. Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point. General Duties: Work with the team to ensure a strong top team ethos. Ensure that you conduct yourself in a business-like and professional manner. Assist with maintaining a clean and professional Service and Parts area. Attend any training or development activity that is made available. Required Competencies: Vehicle Parts experience a must To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally. To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes To be able to competently use GDS and associated software & systems.
