Parts Advisor Location: Nottingham Salary: From £27,000 to £30,000, dependent upon experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5-hour working week, between 8:00am - 5:00pm We have a new vacancy for a Parts Advisor for my client's company in Nottingham, a leading automotive locksmith wholesaler. Parts Advisor benefits include: Modern working facilities - Canteen area, chill out area, recreational area to play pool, table tennis, darts etc. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday, with the amount of annual leave increasing with length of service Free tea/coffee/soft drinksRole Overview: Ensuring that all data within the digital catalogue is current and up to date Identifying new potential product lines Act as a point of contact and expertise in parts look-up related matters Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Experience in automotive parts look-up, and confidence in comparing OE and aftermarket parts A proactive and passionate approach to categorisation, understanding the importance of up-to-date and accurate information A high level of attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Assisting the customer service team with parts identification Scraping EPCs to ensure that the company website contains the latest makes and models and their respective industry-relevant products Liaising with the purchasing and marketing teams to ensure that all required products are sourced and correctly listed on our website Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred, but not essential.
