Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor: Provide timely and professional assistance to all customers, both in-person and over the phone. Engage with customers to offer expert product advice, including information on promotions and deals. Accurately identify and source vehicle parts, ensuring swift and precise order processing. Promote and recommend products and vehicle accessories to enhance sales. Track down hard-to-find parts from alternative suppliers and coordinate their delivery. Uphold the highest standards of customer service in every interaction. Package: Basic salary of £27,000! Hours: Monday – Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm] & (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm]!
