A well-established automotive business with a strong reputation for exceptional customer service are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor, in the Poole Dorset to join their team. As a Parts Advisor, in Poole Dorset you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient supply of automotive parts. Responsibilities: Greeting customers promptly and professionally. Understanding customer needs and providing accurate product information and advice. Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Building strong customer relationships and fostering loyalty Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory control. Ordering and receiving parts to meet customer demand. Ensuring the proper storage and organisation of parts. Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies. Assisting with stock takes and audits Promoting and selling parts and accessories to customers. Achieving sales targets and KPIs. Providing product demonstrations and recommendations. Up selling and cross-selling products.Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a parts advisor or customer service role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software. A passion for the automotive industry.
