Reporting to the Parts Manager, we are looking for someone with excellent people skills to join our high performing team. Responsibilities •Supply parts to customer •Supply parts to workshop •Unpacking of stock orders and keeping the warehouse tidy •Assist with delivery and collection of parts as required •Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach •Making customers aware of our latest offers, 2-year warranty and fixed priced repairs •Assist with other duties as and when required Knowledge Skills and Experience •Local knowledge of area •Driving Licence essential •Knowledge of commercial vehicles/parts preferred •Experience in a similar role preferred, or willingness to learn about the industry •Team Player At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
