For over 22 years, we’ve delivered tailored solutions across sectors including Marine, Machine Tool, Oil & Gas, and Aero Engine. Known for reliability and quality, we are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Panel Wirer to join our Nuneaton-based operation. Panel Wirer – The Role Key Responsibilities; • Building and wiring control panels of varying sizes to engineering specifications and quality standards. • Crimping cables, soldering, fitting components, and wiring with precision. • Using battery-powered tools, such as drills and jigsaws, to complete tasks effectively. • Installing and assembling electrical components, including power supplies, relays, switches, terminals, Remote I/O Systems, and automation equipment. • Conducting electrical testing, fault-finding, and commissioning of control panels. • Working collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements. What we need from you Skills, Knowledge & Experience; • Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or in a similar role. • Ability to build and wire electrical control panels and cabinets from technical drawings and schematics. • Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and assembly processes. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring schematics. • Experience using hand tools and machinery. • Good time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
