You will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components according to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards. Working within a dynamic team environment, you will utilise specialist body repair equipment to assess the best methods for repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components. * Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines. * Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's repair standards. * Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets. * Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs. * Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times. ​ About You We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Panel Technician, ideally with a background and knowledge of fleet and rental hire vehicle repair. You will have: * Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment, including welding, filling and alignment. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. * The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently. Ideally, you will be ATA/NVQ qualified, and we're committed to supporting you in renewing these to further enhance your skills and expertise.
