Panel Beater Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a Panel Beater. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary. The main responsibilities for the Panel Beater are as follows: * Removing damaged panels * Repair damaged panels and chassis * Jig work, Chassis alignment, Welding * Keep job cards up to date * Liaise with estimators with additional work needed * Adhere to relevant repair methodology, providing reports when needed To be a successful candidate for the Panel Beater role you must: * Previous experience within a Panel Beater / Technician role * Have Level 3 IMI in panel repair or similar * Be happy working in a fast paced environment * Full UK Licence Salary and Benefits: * £35k - £38k Basic plus bonus (OTE £38k - £41k) * Bonus scheme * Enhanced holidays * Preferential rates * Share scheme * Pension scheme If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the Panel Beater role now
