What’s in it for you? * Salary up to £55,000, plus team bonus * 28 days holiday including bank holidays * Length of service awards * Equipment Purchase Scheme * Healthcare perks, including gym and retail discounts * Celebration Day – an extra paid day off to mark important life events * Car insurance discounts with LV * Pension, life assurance and Employee Assistance Programme * Company-funded team socials * Cycle to Work Scheme * £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus Key responsibilities: * Removing and refitting vehicle panels to manufacturer standards * Identifying and reporting defects or additional work required * Ensuring a high standard of fit, finish and overall quality * Working safely and in line with all repair procedures * Maintaining tools and reporting equipment issues * Signing off completed repairs to confirm quality * Ensuring vehicles remain safe and secure throughout the repair process What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Panel Beater * Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training * Current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent) * Experience with MIG brazing, spot welding, riveting, bonding and high-strength steels * Light MET and bonding certifications * Full UK driving licence * A positive attitude and strong team-working skills Why ABL 1 Touch?
