Situated in Harlow, the establishment boasts a specialised vehicle repair workshop and paint facility. As the Panel Beater, your primary responsibilities will be repairing and vehicle body panels to their original condition. The role requires expertise in a range of techniques including dent removal, panel reshaping, and surface preparation for refinishing. Requirements: Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in an automotive repair environment. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification or formal training in automotive body repair is preferred but not essential.
