We are recruiting for a Panel Beater based in Wickford, Essex. What we are offering: * Full time/permanent * Monday – Friday * 8am – 5pm (can finish early Fridays when work permits) * Competitive basic salary plus bonus Qualifications/Requirements * Current or very recent Bodyshop experience as a Panel Beater (Ideally at least 2 years' practical experienced). * Full UK driver’s License. * Be able to work in a team and independently when required. * City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair. * Previous Bodyshop Panel Beater experience is essential. Duties will include: Repair and replace damaged panels on vehicles, ensuring alignment and fitment meet industry standards. * Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs effectively. * Interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand the repair process for different vehicle models. * Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring repair or replacement. * Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
