Panel Beater Location: Wickford, Essex Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Overtime available) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy and well-equipped bodyshop in Wickford. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality repairs and enjoys working in a fast-paced accident repair environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out high-quality panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles * Remove, repair, and replace vehicle panels and components * Use jigs, pulling equipment, and measuring systems accurately * Perform metal finishing, straightening, and alignment work * Replace panels using welding and bonding techniques where required * Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer, insurance, and safety standards * Maintain productivity while delivering excellent workmanship * Complete job cards and repair documentation accurately * Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organised About You * Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or ARC * ATA accreditation preferred (training available if not held) * Strong attention to detail and pride in your work * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Time-efficient and quality-focused * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience * Monday–Friday working pattern * Overtime available * Modern bodyshop with up-to-date equipment * Ongoing training and development * Pension scheme and company benefits
