As a Panel Beater at Drive Motor Retail Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and aesthetics of our customers vehicles. You will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition using a combination of tools and specialist techniques. Responsibilities: * Repair and reshape vehicle panels to remove dents and damage. * Replace or repair damaged structural parts. * Align vehicle panels to meet manufacturers specifications. * Carry out vehicle body repair (Panel Beating) to manufactures standards and in line with company procedures. * Produce good productivity levels in line with Thatcham repair times. * Comply with company specific health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout and report any failings through the reporting procedure. * Understanding of BSI 10125 Kitemark work requirements. Requirements: * Experience within panel beating in an automotive setting. * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to work well as part of a team and also under your own initiative when required. * Be a well organised individual with excellent time management. * Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills including attending training courses both in house and external. * All ongoing support/training accreditation will be offered by Drive Motor Retail Ltd
