The job in a nutshell Salary: £19 - £21 per hour Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm  Day shift Overtime available Rugby,Warwickshire Benefits of this offer Great working environment Up to £600 monthly bonus Competitive Salary Overtime available Permanent placement Minimum 1-year experience as a panel beater required.  Requirements for a Panel Beater: The successful candidate needs to come from a body shop, accident repair background, and have experience in this line of work. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications, utilizing modern equipment and techniques. As a part of day-to-day activities, you will be working on a variety of cars and must be able to do most aspects of panel beating, from filler work and pulling dents to stripping/fitting. Day-to-day activities: Make assessments of damaged vehicles, deciding how best to repair it and estimating the time and cost for the repair Removing any dents in panels Repairing minor scratches, or making replacement panels Welding new or repaired panels into place Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork Work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
