Job Title: Panel Beater Location: Greenham, Thatcham, Newbury, RG19 6HN Hours: Full-time flexible, 40 or 45 hours per week.. They are now actively recruiting for a couple of Panel Beaters for their Bodyshop in Greenham, Newbury. The role: As a skilled Panel technician/beater, you will join a team of experts supporting one of our popular brands in our state-of-the-art facilities, providing a high-quality and efficient vehicle panel repair for their customers. You can expect regular manufacturer-specific training to keep you up to date with the latest technology through both manufacturer training and our client's Academy. Who you are: * Previous experience as a Panel Technician / Beater with technical expertise to work at pace. * A team player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures. * A qualified Panel Technician / Beater with an industry-recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * Motivated, dedicated, and organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace. * Tech savvy and confident using iPad software. What you’ll do: * Repair or replace damaged or compromised bodywork panels. * Repairing Chassis and framework on vehicles. * Accurately assess vehicle damage and apply appropriate methods to provide high-quality repairs. * Completing job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
