At Steer Automotive Group, we value excellence and innovation and we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced accident repair technician to join us as a Panel Beater at our new, state of the art Steer Electric bodyshop in Milton Keynes. ​ About The Role You will be responsible for the repair and replacement of body components on a variety of damaged vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You will work diligently to meet BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards, ensuring the highest quality repairs. Key Responsibilities: * Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components. * Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results. * Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times. ​ About You You will have significant experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background, with knowledge and experience of working on electric and hybrid vehicles. You will also have: * Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. * The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently.
