SMART REPAIR PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL TECHNICIAN Are you an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician and/or a Panel beater and looking for a new challenge? Automotive Repair Systems Ltd is one of the largest independent Mobile SMART Repair companies in the UK with over 150 Mobile SMART Repair Technicians. Due to our structured expansion programme we are now recruiting additional Paintless Dent Repair technicians to join our expanding team. The successful candidate(s) will service the SMART Repair needs of some of our most important customers within the region thus offering excellent earning potential. The successful candidate(s) should have a valid UK driving licence, be physically fit, well presented, friendly, customer focussed and most importantly work to a high standard! Successful applicants should expect to work Monday to Friday during Franchised Motor Dealer opening hours. Occasional Saturday morning work may be requested on an infrequent basis and training on offer would be entirely dependent upon experience and may take up to 6 months. Ideal attributes are as follows:- A Self-motivated individual who is able to work on their own initiative PDR experience is highly preferred, however, not essential as full training could be offered. Has great attention to detail Has been customer facing in former roles Sales Experience is a distinct advantage Automotive/Mechanical experience is also an advantage Good command of Maths and excellent communication skills are required Prepared to travel on a daily basis Able to be flexible with hours as our customers require Good time keeper Applicants would be invited to undergo a face-to-face interview and/or assessment before any offer is made. If successful, further training would be given to understand and learn our processes and procedures.
