We are seeking a talented and experienced Vehicle Paint Technician to join the team at our Steer Electric Milton Keynes. As we expand our operations, we're looking for skilled individuals to join our team and help us deliver outstanding results. ​ About The Role As an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician with Steer, you will be working with a variety of customer vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You will have the following responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. * Mix paint to match vehicle colour and apply it using spray guns and other equipment. * Ensure paint jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications. * Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. * Maintain a clean and organised work environment, and ensure all health and safety guidelines and procedures are adhered to. ​ About You We are looking for an experienced automotive paint technician, with a background in accident repair and experience in working with electric and hybrid vehicles. You will also have: * Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials. * Ability to use paint mixing equipment and spray guns effectively. * Understanding of the accident repair industry. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Valid driver's licence (ideally with a clean record).
