Key responsibilities include: ·Preparing repaired vehicles and panels for paint application. ·Mixing and colour matching paints to achieve an accurate factory finish. ·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using modern spray-painting techniques. ·Carrying out polishing, rectification and final quality inspections where required. ·Working closely with Panel Beaters and MET Technicians to ensure an efficient repair process. ·Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas to a high standard. ·Following manufacturer specifications and health and safety procedures at all times. ·Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. ABOUT YOU We're looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician who takes pride in producing outstanding paint finishes and enjoys working within a fast-paced Bodyshop environment. You will ideally have: ·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher within a Bodyshop or accident repair centre. ·A recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ, IMI, SVQ or ATA) or equivalent industry experience. ·Excellent colour matching and paint application skills. ·Strong knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint systems. ·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. ·A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail. ·A full UK driving licence.
