Key Responsibilities: - Precision Painting: Utilize your expertise to flawlessly paint vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that exceeds customer expectations. - Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and applying appropriate primers before painting. - Colour Matching: Master the art of colour matching to maintain the dealership's standards and consistency in vehicle appearance. - Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Qualifications: - Experience: Proven experience in automotive painting. - Skillset: Proficiency in using spray guns, understanding paint mixing ratios, and knowledge of various painting techniques. - Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch, flawless finishes. - Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the dealership's maintenance and repair team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards.
