This can range from carefully planned and executed launch support projects through to very reactive quality campaigns. We are recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to support our customer in the Worcestershire area. This position requires, attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a profound understanding of the complete Paint Spraying process. Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces by cleaning thoroughly. * Full re-sprays of parts. * Mix paint according to specifications. * Quality check components throughout the process for defects. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Spray Painter in a professional workshop environment * Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. * The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
