Job Title: Manufacturing Operative – Paint Sprayer Job Type: Permanent Location: Southend-on-Sea Salary: £13.72/ hour Overall Purpose •To mask, de-mask and part mark piece parts and riveted structure assemblies. To spray piece parts and riveted structures. Principle Accountabilities •To mask and de-mask piece parts and assemblies, •To part mark painted items, •To spray top coat paint, •To spray powder coat, •To spray primer, •Responsible for carrying out all tasks allocated by the Supervisor in a timely and efficient manner, •To support team members with other tasks as when necessary, •Responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained, •To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health and Safety procedures, •To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required. Experience/ Skills •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment •Previous experience in wet top coat and powder coat spraying(Desired) •Ability to read engineering drawings •Ability to read and write the markings required for assemblies •Experience in the aerospace and/or Engineering industry
