We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer. This company has an excellent working environment as well as a competitive base salary paying up to £38,000, plus £12600 bonus with a total OTE of £50,600 per year Paint Sprayer Details: You will need you own spray guns and masks Hold a full UK driving licence Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a body shop environment and the Automotive industry Be able to work alone and as part of a team You will need to be able to mix and colour code paints to manufactures standard ATA/NVQ Level 3/ is preferred but not essential Be able to do your own preparation work Complete any relevant paperwork in the correct time frame Have good knowledge of paints and lacquers Paint Sprayer Hours & Pay: Competitive salary plus team bonus OTE of £50,600 30 days holiday including public holidays Overtime Loyalty days added to annual with service Pension contributions Long Service Awards – colleague recognition scheme Health cash plan and Rewards platform – claim back medical costs & high street discounts 45-hour working week
